EU TRACES integration: submit DDS directly from Verify

You can now submit your EUDR Due Diligence Statements (DDS) directly to the EU Information System (EU IS) through Verify, eliminating the need for manual exports or uploads.

This new integration ensures that your due diligence process is fully integrated with the EU’s regulatory system, allowing for more efficient and transparent reporting.

Key features of the new workflow

• Direct DDS submission: Transmit your due diligence statement to the EU IS as soon as a parcel is marked submission-ready in Verify.
• Real-time submission tracking: Monitor live status updates, from draft to submission-ready, submitted, accepted, or error.
• Automated feedback loops: Receive immediate alerts and error messages from the EU IS to correct issues before delays occur.
• Amendment and withdrawal flexibility: Update or withdraw your DDS within the 72-hour post-submission window in line with EUDR compliance procedures.
