You can now easily manage exceptions, document decisions and respond more effectively to flagged risk. Farm plot reclassification is now live in the Query Builder.
This update gives teams more control and transparency when it comes to acting on risk signals, especially in complex sourcing environments where not every alert tells the full story.
Whether you’re working through flagged farm plots, managing an audit trail, or collaborating with field teams, this release makes the process smarter, faster and easier to trust.
Flagged risks, evidence, and reclassification — all in one place
You can now flag and reclassify farm plots directly from the map or results table in the Query Builder — a game changer for workflows that need flexibility and documentation.
- Flag individual plots for review or exception handling
- Add supporting evidence and notes when reclassifying, so the reason for the change is always clear
- View a complete audit trail of who made the call, when, and why
- See changes persist over time, so reclassified plots carry their updated status into future analyses
This brings much-needed clarity and accountability to handling risk decisions and ensures that nothing gets lost between teams or over time.
Designed for control and compliance
By default, only portal admins can reclassify farm plots. This ensures tight control over how exceptions are handled while allowing for flexibility and nuance when dealing with on-the-ground complexity.
You can use this feature to:
- Document field-based decisions or corrections
- Overrule inaccurate alerts from low-quality input data
- Support due diligence reporting with clear audit evidence
It’s all designed to help you align better with EUDR requirements while staying grounded in practical reality.
What this means for your team
Farm plot reclassification is about making good decisions easier to manage and defend. It supports better collaboration, stronger documentation and more intelligent risk workflows — all without leaving the platform.
