We’ve enhanced Resolution Reports to make them more flexible, easier to use, and better suited for managing compliance at scale.

Resolution Reporting v1.1 introduces a set of improvements designed to help teams prioritise actions, collaborate with suppliers, and integrate reporting more seamlessly into their workflows.

What’s new

Configurable reports

Users can tailor reports before export by selecting which tests to include and which risk levels to display. From critical-only views to fully customised configurations, reports can now be aligned with specific use cases. Admins can also set organisation-wide defaults.

Redesigned summary

Reports now open with a clear, test-by-test overview, allowing teams to quickly identify key issues without navigating lengthy documents.

“How to use this report” guidance

Each PDF includes a dedicated page explaining risk levels, prioritisation logic, and how to interpret results, making it easier to share reports with suppliers and field teams.

ZIP export with PDF and Excel

Exports now include both PDF and Excel formats in a single ZIP file. The PDF is optimised for sharing, while the Excel version enables filtering, tracking, and integration into operational processes.

Organisation-wide defaults

Admins can save a preferred configuration and apply it as the default across all future exports, ensuring consistency across datasets and reducing manual setup.

Human-readable test outputs

Test results are now displayed in plain language across both PDF and Excel formats. This means anyone reading the report can understand what the results mean without needing to interpret raw codes, making reports far more accessible for suppliers and field teams.

Built for real-world workflows

These updates are designed to support teams working across complex supply chains. By making reports more adaptable and easier to interpret, Resolution Reports can now be used more effectively across internal teams and external partners.

Why this matters

Our new resolution reporting features make it easier to turn insights into action. With configurable outputs, clearer summaries, and dual-format exports, teams can prioritise what matters, collaborate more effectively with suppliers, and embed compliance reporting into their day-to-day operations.
